At McCann Professional Dog Trainers, we want you and your canine companion to love your apparel. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, then place it in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
